Order Placement and Modifications
Once an order is confirmed at checkout, its details are locked in and cannot be altered. This allows our fulfillment team to begin processing immediately, so double-checking every selection before finalizing the purchase is essential. If a discount code was missed during checkout, reaching out right away with your order number and the promo code gives us the best chance to apply it retroactively.
Shipping and Tracking
After your package leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link is sent automatically. That link connects you directly to the carrier’s site, where you can follow the journey of your order in real time.
Address Corrections
An incorrect shipping address can sometimes be updated if the order hasn’t yet been packed or dispatched. Contacting us immediately with the correct address is the first step, but once packing or dispatch has occurred, the label can no longer be modified.
Receiving an Issue with Your Order
If an item arrives that is incorrect or faulty, we ask that you email us within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the situation efficiently, include your order number, the name or product code of the item, a clear picture of what you received, and a description of the problem.
Returns and Store Credit
Items can be returned as long as they are in original condition—tags still attached and no visible signs of wear—and were not purchased from a clearance sale. We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, once our team receives the return parcel, a refund is issued in the form of an online credit note that never expires, which can be used toward any product in the store.
Out-of-Stock Items and Promotions
When a desired piece is temporarily unavailable, signing up for email notifications is the best way to learn about a restock. For any forgotten discount codes, a prompt message with your order number and the code itself allows us to look into applying it before the order progresses too far.
